I worked closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams to fix the usability issues of the existing modules, prioritize the UX debt, and design end-to-end experiences for the new modules.

My routine job at JISR involved developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, doing UX evaluation, and visual design, all while keeping users front and center.
For various features, I, along with PMs, conducted features validation with customers to gather insights, then incorporated those into the designs to achieve the best user experience.
