Every once in a while I take a break from the work and set out on a journey to remote places; amid mountains, rivers, and lakes. The more places I visit, the more I admire the greatness of the GOD — the greatest designer.
Reading books stimulates imagination, it gives you new ideas, enables you to learn new things, and helps you to see beyond the horizon.
In my free time, I dive deep in my bookshelf to learn new things about design, to satisfy my curiosity about cosmology & astronomy—which I'm very fond of, or to read about philosophy and history.
Check out the list of my top favorite books with my favorite quote taken from each.
If you can’t make something self-evident, you at least need to make it self-explanatory.
Good design is actually a lot harder to notice than poor design, in part because good designs fit our needs so well that the design is invisible.
People who do strategy need to be inquisitive, objective, and fearless. They need to be risk takers who stalk and kill their prey by going for the throat.
Think progress, not perfection.
Everything that happens to you is a form of instruction if you pay attention.
The words that come out of our mouths do not vanish but are perpetually stored in infinite space, and they will come back to us in due time.
People are capable, at any time in their lives, of doing what they dream of.
Every carbon atom in every living thing on the planet was produced in the heart of a dying star.
A still more glorious dawn awaits
Not a sunrise, but a galaxy rise
A morning filled with 400 billion suns
The rising of the milky way
I’m a heavy listener of ambient, post-rock, electronic, alternative R&B, and instrumental music. It not only helps me focus on my work, but inspires me as well.

Whenever I’m bored I come up with an idea and have my dad onboard. He’s super genius, and always have a way out for a problem, and I wouldn’t be wrong if I say that my dad was the first person who inspired me to design. I remember holding paint buckets for him while he designed banners for a living. Great times!
When we moved to the new house, the sparrows built their nest in one of the exhaust fan’s spot. We evacuated the spot and installed the fan, but I felt very bad for the sparrows.
It was the point when I came with an idea that I should build them a house and hang it right there. We built and installed it, and the sparrow started living in it.
Later on, having had the ample amount of space, we decided to build six more nests with improved designs.
All of them are installed and fully occupied and sparrows are living happily in them.
